REFUNDS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH ANY OF THE ITEMS YOU PURCHASED, YOU CAN EASILY RETURN IT AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

CHOOSE A COURIER OF YOUR LIKE AND SEND THE PRODUCT YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE AT YOUR OWN CHARGE. INSIDE THE PACKAGE YOU WILL NOTE WHICH PRODUCT YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE. ONCE WE RECEIVE IT WE WILL CHECK THE PRODUCT UNUSED AND WITH ITS TAGS ON AND CALL YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR EXCHANGE. WE WILL THEN SHIP YOUR EXCHANGE TO YOU AT OUR EXPENSE. WE DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS IN ADVANCE FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE FOR EXCHANGE.

To be eligible for any refund, you must contact us by phone at +30 2381 400 500 or by email to Info@threesixty.gr to receive a return from the carrier and complete the product return form .

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PROOF OF SALE OR BILLING.

PRODUCT MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

ITEMS ON SALE OR SALE OR COLLECTIBLES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

IN CASE OF A REFUND, THE COST OF SHIPPING IS DEDUCTIBLE (5 EUROS FOR STANDARD SHIPPING)

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK UPON THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER, THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS AND THEIR PACKAGING, IN ORDER TO DETECT ANY OBVIOUS DEFECTS, ETC.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS IS AT CUSTOMER'S SHIPPING CHARGE AND EXCHANGE FREE FROM US.

IF THE PRODUCTS ARE LOST WHILE RETURNING THEM, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. FOR THIS REASON, THE RETURN OF THE GOODS MUST BE DONE EITHER BY COURIER OR BY SYSTEM THROUGH THE POST OFFICE.

YOUR REFUND WILL BE USED USING THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED ORIGINALLY, WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DATE WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT BACK. BOTH SIDES (COMPANY - CONSUMER) CAN OTHERWISE AGREE ON THE RETURN, PROVIDED THAT THE CONSUMER SHOWS PROOF OF RETURN.
